New Matamoras, Ohio is located on the scenic Ohio River.  Our little village is situated on Ohio State Route 7 approximately 30 miles north of Interstate 77 at Marietta, Ohio or 45 miles south of Interstate 70 at Bridgeport Ohio. Turn away from the river (west) at the Main Street intersection, Third Street is the next street, turn left, the church is on your right.  Parking is available on the South side of the sanctuary.

 Brownsville, Ohio is only 6 miles from New Matamoras.  From the same Main Street Intersection on Ohio State Route 7 continue up Main Street to the Intersection of SR 260 (Broadway Avenue).  Turn Right onto County Road 33 and continue for 6 miles.  Upon entering the village of Brownsville the first street to the right will lead you to the doorstep of the Brownsville United Methodist Church.

From Brownsville head back to New Matamoras on County Road 33.  At the Monroe County / Washington County line CR 33 takes a sharp turn to the left and a bridge takes you across a small creek (we call it a run).  At that bridge there is a Township Road named Hall Road, follow that road till it crosses Dye Ridge continuing around the Cochran place and up to the intersection with Pryor Glass Road, turn right onto Pryor Glass Road and after a couple of turns you will see Salem Hall at the intersection of Pryor-Glass and Old Camp Roads.  To get back to New Matamoras you can follow Pryor Glass Road to County 138 which will take you to State Route 260 and on in to New Matamoras, or you can follow Old Camp back to County Road 33 which will take you back to New Matamoras.
